CHAPTER I
INTRODUCTION
The need for Computer Assisted Survey information System has been a helping hand in acquiring Amount of data needed for a particular Research or Study. Conducting Surveys from The past requires more Time to tabulate amounts of data in the survey. Scanning questionnaires is a method of data collection that can be used with paper questionnaires that have been administered in face-to-face interviews; mail surveys or surveys completed by an Interviewer over the telephone. The method used in the office of The University Research Center is The SPSS (originally, Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) where thesystem reads the encoded or databases of a Conducted system. 1.1 Purpose of this document The Online Computer Assisted Survey Entry System generally helps the surveyor to Cross tabulate and Compute.inthe processing of data. The System can be used by researchers in any social sciences. However, the design is intended for the NDU-University Research Center Can used The System Developed.
1.2 Scope of this document The System Allow the Surveyor enters the Respondents answer to the Survey. Decreases the amount of time needed to calculate the results in the Conducted activity. The system can generate a report for the researcher.

1.3 Overview
The user can browse View Summary Reports of the Survey. The system monitor the amount of Respondents. Can generate a report.Manual Tabulation & calculation
