Overview
Ballard Integrated Managed Services, Inc. (BIMS) is an organization that offers maintenance and foodservices to huge companies and businesses. The main difficulty they are facing is the earnings rate; which has augmented in the last four months to over 64%. The workers are discouraged at BIMS, performance is low, and there has been raise in the use of sick leave, and the complaints from the customers have increased. In order to locate the origin of the problem the company will run an assessment or survey among the employee’s questions such as: how they feel about the company and questions concern on the low morale at work. The hypothesis is that employees do not feel satisfied with the shifts and the low salaries.
Instruments for Data Collection
The instrument used for the data collection is an assessment or survey. The assessment or survey is given to all employees of BIMS in their paychecks. The assessment or survey has numerous questions where the employees is asked to grade the level on a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 the worst and 5 the best. The assessment or survey also has questions concerning gender, length of employment, and level of employment. The assessment or survey is voluntary and will give the employer an idea of how employees feel. The employees possibly will respond a quantity of questions and not others. The assessment or survey will provide answers to what areas the employer needs to improve on, to enhance moral. Once the organization gathers this information from the assessment or survey provided by the employees was going to be more assessable to level of measurement.
