Organization is a considerable part of our life. It provides the society need in every aspect and in people everyday life. And, now the new society is the organized and managed world. The human resource management is increasingly importance for organization (Hickson et al, 2002; Lan & Tim, 2004). This essay will state why the human resource management is important for organization. This essay consists of 5 parts. The first part deals with definitions of human resource management, then the second part of the essay describes the reasons why the managers should use the human resource management to operate the organizations in present society, which is divided by two reasons. Beside, in the third part, this essay will give critique, it is that some individual claim operating organization may do not need the human resource management. And then fourth part will show what the critique fails to consider. Finally, the fifth part will give the conclusion about this essay. There will give the definition about the human resource management. More specifically, Human resource management is a strategic approach. And all the management activities are based on the human resource management (Stephen, 2005). In that case, it helps the mangers recruit and select the employees, and uses the employees’ skills to match the organization’s objectives and needs (Wilson, 2005). The human resource management also assists organisation more easily to build the natural relationship between the employees and employers, and to achieve the elements on the agreement (Torrington et al, 2005; DeSimone et al, 2005).
