Preface
Term paper is an essential part of BBA program. Through this part one can gather practical knowledge along with theoretical knowledge within the short period of time by observing and doing the works of chosen organizations.
As we, group members thrilled about making such a report for the first time, sat together to discuss about which companies should be chosen, some well-known company came to all of our mind. So we unanimously selected five companies with high level of spontaneity.
Using the information cooperatively to make the report was also a great learning experience. Altogether, this term paper making was both entertaining and instructive. For the completion of this term paper with all our endeavors we can’t deserve all praise. There were a lot of people who helped us by providing valuable information, advice and proper guidance for the completion of this term paper in the scheduled time.
In context of Bangladesh no such survey has ever been done before. So to us it was quiet exciting and curious work to do. But doing the survey, we faced a lot of hitches and problems. But with the help of my teammates and some other people we managed to overcome all the hurdles and successfully done the work.
