Introduction
Product Introduction to Brazil by negotiating with customs and local Unions to accept a foreign supplement of components into their economy and determine the most favorable options for new business.

Target Market
Wholesale Mopeds & Scooters are a big business these days due to high gas prices in the market. Many people will be focused on these products because of the low cost of transportation back and forth from work & home and simply getting around the neighborhood. The supplier has a production capacity of 10,000 scooter components a month which is sufficient to meet the demands of many countries and they can ramp up to twice their capacity in 6 months if demand increases. We will make a final determination as to which country will provide us with the highest possibility to establish Integrative negotiations with the various entities that control the importation of foreign goods, the unions, the labor laws and work culture of each country. The objective is to negotiate a win- win arrangement to provide them with high quality replacement parts to sustain their local requirements above and beyond their local manufacturing capacities. The negotiations will consist of establishing an agreement to supply them without hurting their local economy and helping the end user keep their scooters running. Our manufacturing facilities will provide the local country of our choice with a constant supply of foreign components to maintain their local...
