1A. Staff members need to generate ideas on how they can assist the business. Have a consultation with staff to agree on what objectives they can set in order for everyone to feel that there view is valued.
2Q. How could Olivia support her staff in achieving their KPIs? How can she delegate some decision-making authority in this process?
2A. Olivia needs to offer more resources and authority to her staff if she wants a successful business. If Olivia creates a room which could be used for coffee breaks as well as team meetings. Having team meetings at least once a week will ensure all issues staff members have will get dealt with

5Q. If you were Olivia, how would you act as a role-model and coach for the team?
5A. I would start be treating my staff with more respect and valuing there opinions instead of brushing them off. I would improve the rest/lunch area to make sure it looks nice/tidy and up to date to improve staff satisfaction. I would tell my staff that they don’t have to be afraid to ask me any questions if they are unsure about doing a role/activity as the only way they will learn is if they ask for help when they need it.

6A. The best people Olivia could liaise with would be the people at the back on the building. This is because her staff at the back have worked longer then the staff at the front and also because they communicate more with each other more.
