If Boots hire more high qualified people who are whilling to make the company to success so this can help the organisation to expand more the business. It is change their level and type of staffing because this helps the organisation to keep up with the changing demands of the business. This can affect to some of number of employees that need to have more skills so they could also provide some training to build up more skills in the employee, so the employees can be able to provide better service and understand the business demands.
