Gersham Tennant, the instructor of the body sculpting class led the group through a series of upper body exercises, leg exercises, abs exercises and a concluding stretch all in a single hour session. The body sculpting class at Pantera Fitness was truly a great workout experience in a group fitness setting. The group fitness setting allowed me to work to my maximum potential from the combined intensity not just from the instructor, but from the other participants as well. Working out in a group has numerous benefits.
