The most common form or written is technical writing within my workplace. The most common form of written communication is expository writing such as E-mails. The Development department is responsible for the technical written within my workplace.

The most common issues I have seen with written communication are the improper grammar and punctuation when writing memos and e-mails.

• How can an organization benefit from well-written communication?

A organization can benefit from well-written communication in several ways such as, not have to explain ever step in the manual to employees and communicate better within the company through e-mails or written letters.

• How do written communication skills differ from verbal communication skills? What are the challenges a skilled verbal communicator might encounter when performing technical writing?
