Marketing is all about informing consumers about products and getting them to try it. For example, Kameron Westcott of The Real Housewives of Dallas talked about her pink-colored dog food on the show which helped start up her company. She understands that it’s dog owners who are buying the food not the dogs so she wanted to make it all natural and packaging that appealed more to women using bright pink colors. Other companies like Fitbit that people already know about try to get customers to buy their products instead of their competitors’ products by advertising how their brand is different. Fitbit isn’t just a one size fits all kind of company they have all kinds of products that work for
