CAUSE OF CASE
}Wrong estimate when displace with 15 BBLS water formation. Actually, it not 15 BBLS, but 0,0087 BBLS/FT x 4855 FT = 42.2385~ 42 BBLS. So, it can caused dump sand is not down all and make cement slurry contaminated Lock Set Packer. }When the “ear” of OOC is truncated by Wash Pipe Shoe, it’s cause damage condition because OOC can’t be take by releasing tool for opened the lock set packer. }Lock Set Packer can lowered when it’s not excellent setting.

}}Make sure that calculations of displace water is accurate, so that the sand can fall perfectly and protects the packer from cement slurry. }Be carefully when RIH wash pipe shoe, because wash pipe shoe can cut the “ear” of OOC. Always monitoring by looking the cutting when circulating well bore and make sure that tally record is true. }When setting lock set packer, make sure process of test packer followed Standard Operating Procedure (test pressure & compress and tension test). So that lock set packer can setting perfectly.
}}Dump sand in directional well is hard, because structure well prevented sand going to down in the well. }In directional well, when using wash pipe shoe can cause problem if doing wash over not centered to fish in the well. }Sometimes, any problem coming soon when setting lock set packer in directional well, because when make compress and tension to lock set packer is not maximal (who caused weight of string eliminated by the stuck in well)....
