This movie was pretty funny and had some slow moments as well. This movie shows us what it's like to work for a company that starts to have problems within. This movie shows us how people feel working for a company everyday and not enjoying your job. The main character talks about how working at Initech is the worst day of his life and that the next day is worker that the day before. It also shows us what can happen when you push an employee to the end. Initech brings in efficiency experts that hardly know what they are doing besides laying off people and promoting those who don't care about their jobs. The movies main focus is around Initech, but also shows us another company that needs to implement change, Chatskys. Birth to three is an amazing period in a young child’s life, full of developmental growth and change. During this time infants and toddlers make tremendous gains in their cognitive, physical, communication, and social emotional development. Humans are social beings, babies included who are born with the innate ability to be “emotional communicators” (Wittmer & Petersen, 2014, p. 111). The area of emotional development includes developing relationship attachments, developing a sense of self, and the ability to understand and regulate one’s emotions. An emotional curriculum along with Feeling Buddies, is a great combination to target better emotional understanding and regulation with young toddlers, ages 2-3.…

For my field placement this semester I was placed at Wadsworth Elementary in Ms. Halsey’s third grade classroom. In Flagler County schools have gone full inclusion so the majority of ESE students and students with an IEP or 504 plans are placed in a mainstream classroom. There are still classrooms available for students that are severely disabled and cannot work in a general education classroom. The school also has a pullout program so students that have learning disabilities or need to work in a different environment get pulled out of the class and they go to a different class.…

This is enabled by everyone coming out of the public employment and skills system being able to work in a team, communicate clearly, listen well, be interested and keen to learn, take criticism, solve problems, read, write and add. These employability skills are the lubricant of our increasingly complex and interconnected workplace. They are not a substitute for specific knowledge and technical skills: but they make the difference between being good at a subject and being good at doing a job.
