Fawley And Ezzie: A Summary
Introduction:
“Would you rather be a coward or a candidate for the emergency award”?
Every school has its own bully and being the apple of the eye of a bully is not easy. Your life would not be as normal as before. All your actions are always limited, scared to commit mistake especially if your predator is just there waiting for the chance to swallow you whole. But it doesn’t mean that the bully is just doing that to get attention or just for fun, there will always be a reason behind.

Summary:

Benjie tracks down Hammerman to apologize. Marv accepts Benjie’s apology as well as Benjie won for respect for both his integrity and sheer toughness.

Analysis: What Marv Hammerman did to Benjie is certainly wrong. Bulling other people is not a good reason for you to get even, but Benjie think of a possible way as an emergency measures in case he will encounter the big, bad, school bully—Marv Hammerman, though Benjie’s dumb act is very offensive in Hammerman’s side and I think that’s the main reason why the conflict between the two starts the same with the 18th emergency.
In this novel entitled “The 18th Emergency written by the award winning author Betsy Byars makes its way to inform us that there will always be a solution in every problem, we just need to look for it. And also in this novel shows that other people have feelings, even if they are unable to express them. They are still hurting despite of their physique. It proves that indeed, “strong men also cry”.

Conclusion: It doesn’t mean that you are small, tall, big, and thick or thin you also have the rights to be superior to other people. If ever we did something that can affect people’s life especially their feelings, we should always seek for

Bullying happens when they are not around either of them people and also some kids are too scared to tell their parents because they don’t know how they will act nor do they know if they will stop getting bullied or if it would happen more. The victims of such actions need to understand that they can get out of that situation and also that they can sometimes do it by themselves because being bullied can mess a child up in the long run(Jacobs and McMahon np). The child can become antisocial or become very insecure about themselves, which no child deserves to go through all their lives. Not only do the people that get bullied become very distressed but also the people who witness the action happening can become very uncomfortable and stressed. This isn’t fair to the witnesses either because it can mess with their physical, mental, psychological and social well beings, along with the victim’s well being too. These problems with the victims and witnesses well beings can have a long term effect which isn’t good for either of them (Jacobs and McMahon np). Some of these situations lead to physical threats which are the one of the most common types of bullying. Also, most…
