Project Title: “CLEAN UP FOR THE NEXT SCHOOL YEAR”
Project Member’s: HOSPITALITY RESTUARANT SERVISES AND HOTEL RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT STUDENTS. BATCH: 2012-2013 NSTP 2
Project Venue: STI COLLEGE BUILDING LA UNION CAMPOS Aguila Rd., Sevilla Norte, City of San Fernando La Union
Project Objectives:
1. To scrub the walls, together with the floorings.
2. To remove the cab web and wipe the white boards.
3. To clean the glass windows of every room, together with the electric fans.
4. To maintain the cleanliness of our school.
5. To motivate students to have unity in maintaining the orderliness and cleanliness of the rooms.
Expected Measurable Outcomes:
1. The walls and the floorings are well done cleaned.
2. The cab webs in every room, ails and lobby are removed.
3. The glass windows are cleaned and the dust of every electric fans are removed.
4. The students are maintaining the cleanliness of the whole building.
5. All the students are motivated to unite for the improvement of the school in terms of cleanliness.
Project Process:
1. We decided to clean up at the STI College building La Union Campos, 2nd Floor.
2. Think what we are going to do so that we finished the area well done cleaned and fastier.
3. We divided the students to have their own area to clean.
4. Think what materials we are going to buy.
5. We contribute and buy some cleaning materials.
6. We start cleaning the 2nd floor.
7. We clean first every room, ceiling, walls and windows.
8. And then cleaned the hall way and lobby.
Project Budget: Materials for cleaning - 416.25 pesos Transportation- 95.00 pesos Snack – 240.50 pesos Mineral Water- 50.00 pesos
Project Monitoring Activities
1. Make sure that the available resources are properly budgeted and distributed.
2. Think of the effective strategies to explain the negative effects of the problem.
