Objectives of the study

General objectives

The project aims to develop computerized software that will assess the need of the College of Information and Communication Technology department in making the process of documents tracking easy to manage.

Specific objectives

To achieve the general objective, the following must be accomplished:

* To identify the previous history of compiling documents from the office before the new system was implemented. * To gather information related to documents filing.
* To familiarize the requirements of the ISO that is needed by the department to fulfill. * To identify the strategies that can be implemented in keeping the file. * To develop a report module that will produce the necessary documents.

Scope and Delimitation
This study delimited it scope to development of computerized software for College of Information and Communication Technology for keeping foregoing and incoming documents from the administration and other offices which needed any approval from the CICT Dean. Other documents such as memorandum, letter of approval and etc that serves as a notice to the office of the Department will be the focus of the study. The target specification of the study gives emphasis to the CICT department only for the compliance of the ISO requirement for the year.

Brief Summary
