I have considerable knowledge of the requirements for aged care, having worked closely with the architectural and construction process and the specific requirements for aged care bathrooms. This is an area that can lift the level of an aging facility and may allow for further government funding and can also achieve significant cost savings. In addition to this, I also have a strong background in property acquisition, development and asset management, having proposed, negotiated and overseen diverse portfolio’s in excess of, $1bn.

With a background in innovation and technology, there are some very interesting applications being developed that will provide an avenue for a modern and safer future for care, in particular, being able to keep clients in their homes longer. Many of these innovations will improve the quality of care provided, whether it be in the Home, Residential or Retirement care.
