Business Plan
Eric’s Plan

Everest University Online
Intro to Business-31
MAN 1030

August 10, 2013

Eric seems to have determination when it comes to business. I would imagine that he would tell me that it takes dedication, focus, and perseverance to succeed in business. He would probably say that no matter what I have to look at the big picture even when times get rough. Eric could maybe tell me to stay focused on the reason I decided to start my business in the first place. He may possible inform me about how important it is to stay motivated. He would say that I could either control my destiny or allow someone else to determine it for me. Eric would tell me to find strength even when I think I cannot go a step farther in my business. He could advise me to count the cost when it comes to partying when I should be planning and working toward my goals. Eric would probably enlighten me on how hard it is to start my own company, but also tell of the joys of the payoff of persistence. He will possibly inform me on how slow the startup process is and maybe even tell me how to cope with being secluded at times.
Eric has never written a business and has no clue as to how it should be done. Since Eric has no idea how to write out a business plan below are the component of a business plan and each of their important factors.
Introduction: This is the very first page, it tells your readers the elemental information about your business like you name, phone number, and address. The page also holds the confidentiality statement and the date the plan was distributed.
Executive Summary: Maybe one to two pages of a summary of the business plan and a statement explaining why you feel your company would be a success.
Benefits of Community: Is just what it says, it explains how your company will benefit the community and what kind of impression it will have on people and community.
Company and industry: The part that gives background information about the business,
