Abstract
This report is based on the system of communication that can be used in an organization in the name of Business Communication. In addition, it enlightens the main forms of communication used in the selected organization. Moreover, pinpointing the barriers of communication in the selected organization, their success factors, and recommendation for success factors and controlling the barriers. INTRODUCTION

Communication is the transference and understanding of meanings. It serves four major functions within a group or organization: control, motivation, emotional expression, and information (Robbins, 2003). Good communication system is vital for any business for the smooth running of the business as communication takes place every day within an organization and its departments. Background of the Company

It is now a popular diving destination with a beautiful house reef around the Island which is home to an abundance of marine life and has been attracting many tourists. The excellent ambience draws every visitor to discover a mythical wonderland that exists beneath the ocean waves. The extent of the island is approximately 09 acres. Club Rannalhi commenced its construction in May 1995 and swept into operation in March 1996. Total numbers of rooms running up to 116 of which 100 are standard type and balance 16 are Water Bungalows. In addition they are running their business with 150 staff (Hi Travels Maldives, 2009). 1.2 Reasons for selecting this organization

Communication will be a fundamental factor for any business or any organization especially an organization like Club Rannalhi which is involved in providing services. Communication is a basic requirement for them as they need to involve in day-to-day conversations with their travel agents, suppliers, their employees and other stakeholders. Better communication system is very important to collect updated market information, to have a good relationship with the suppliers as well as customers and for advertising. Moreover, many other forms of communications can be used to enrich the smooth running of the business. For all these reasons I choose Club Rannalhi to this assignment. FORMS OF COMMUNICATION

There are three main forms of communication. They are verbal, nonverbal and graphic communication. Verbal communications
Verbal communication is communicating by the use of words. Verbal communication can either be in spoken words or in written words. They use the following methods to communicate. Phone calls
They use phone calls mainly to contact with their suppliers. Also they use phone calls to contact with their staffs in order to inform things regarding their work and their travel agents to get the information about the availability of the customers. In addition, they raise their customers complaints by phone.

E-mails
This is one of the most common method, they use to communicate to their stakeholders. They use email to inform the main duties of their employee. This includes, their work schedule, important announcement and so on. But most frequently they mailing for reservation. 2.1.3...
