2.2 Effective Communication
Effective communication that is quick and easily understood to improve the communication. started with verbal communication to have a positive relationship with children, young people or adults to form a positive relationship each of them have their own needs. It is very important using effective communication helps benefits everyone lives in positive way and makes them feels happy and comfortable. Answer: In my view principals of building relationships are whenever we communicates with one another we should relax and try to listen what others are trying to say and its more effective when the information has been passed easily ,calm situation makes it more easy to understand and respond to. Misunderstanding tends people to avoid communication directly.in positive relationship understanding is the key point to the most communication. Whenever you are delivering instructions it must be remembered and get your listeners to repeat it back to you. If the point has been missed make them understand to their ability means you need to engage with them properly. Being considerate with others try to understand their situation if they behave in a different way, then give them bit space to feel what they feel. When you listen to others and being interested and being counties to them, responding in a good way to others always remembers certain things which are important to them.
