Change leadership and strategic leadership is important subject for building a successful organization. Many studies and research had describe that leadership factor is affecting in business positively or negatively. Leaders always hold tools for its management functions and techniques for handling the markets and its external body’s like suppliers, government and customer.

    A leader always plays an important role in business world. Not only supervise the staff, but must also convince them to corporate objectives, by contributing their work with a commitment. Most leaders use their own styles of leadership. There is no ideal leadership style. First the leader has to realize what his natural style is.
