Purpose: To develop (2) SMART-formatted goals for selected leadership topics and a corresponding plan of action for achieving the goals.
Directions:
1. Please refer to the Milestone 1 guidelines inclusive of the grading rubric found in Doc Sharing for the guidelines of this assignment. 2. Use the form below to complete your SMART goal assignment in Milestone 1. This includes filling in the table with each specific component of your goal; Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time bound. 3. Next, connect all five components and develop a SMART goal in a written sentence form. 4. Next, create a plan of action for each of your two SMART goals, identifying the attributes needed in order to achieve your goals; be specific by creating a timeline of when you plan on doing what; explain how, when, and where you are going to meet or talk with your expert; and identify specific resources you plan on using to help you achieve your goals. 5. When you are finished, submit the form to the Milestone 1 Dropbox by the deadline; Sunday, 11:59 p.m. MT, at the end of Week 2. 6. Please post any questions you have about this assignment in the weekly Q & A forums or contact your faculty member.
