This includes filling in the table with each specific component of your goal; Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time bound. 3. Next, connect all five components and develop a SMART goal in a written sentence form. 4. Next, create a plan of action for each of your two SMART goals, identifying the attributes needed in order to achieve your goals; be specific by creating a timeline of when you plan on doing what; explain how, when, and where you are going to meet or talk with your expert; and identify specific resources you plan on using to help you achieve your goals. 5.
