SMART Goals

Part A: Reflect on your results from the Career Interest Profiler Activity and the Career Plan Building Activity: Competencies. Building on your strengths and weaknesses, create five SMART goals to help you with your personal academic and career journey.

Example: Take a writing workshop in the next 2 to 3 weeks to help me improve my writing skills in order to successfully communicate with others.

1. Take a math workshop in the next 1 to 2 weeks to help improve forgotten math skills.
2. Watch and complete the PowerPoint tutorial in the next 3 to 4 weeks to get a better understanding of how to do a PowerPoint.
3. Go over the Essay Development tutorial in a week’s time to master essay writing skills.
4. Go over all student library resources in the next 2 to 3 months to get familiar with them all.
5. I will research different ways of adapting to change in the next 1 to 2 weeks to better my strength of adapting to change.
