Leading in Alshaya Company

The leading is a process of influences group of member or employees to achieve the organizational goals of the company. Leading is encouraged employees in any situations, foster communications, working in a positive atmosphere and achieve standard performance and provide high quality. The companies encourage employee performances and hardworking based on providing an incentive for personal success and good leadership. The requirement of leadership a function is to achieve the personal vision, be knowledgeable on issues within the company, strong communication skills and inspiring other relating to leadership skills and diverse workforce and encourages all employees (Hannah, Nashua, & Zach, 2012).

The companies are using the different leadership styles to increases and motivating the employees by the leaders. Leading process of Alshaya Company was involved in motivating, influencing and directing employees to perform a task which is assigned by leaders. The function of leading was involved in different leadership style, leadership qualities, excellent abilities, influencing powers and communication skills of employees in Alshaya Company.
The business activities are under leadership and guidance of Alshaya Company Executive Chairman, and all business activities are led by Chief Executive officer of Alshaya Company. The company had cross-border functional teams for finance, human resource departments, logistics, property; IT, communication, and customers marketing are providing consistency and support for reporting the services of the company.     A leader always plays an important role in business world. Not only supervise the staff, but must also convince them to corporate objectives, by contributing their work with a commitment. Most leaders use their own styles of leadership. There is no ideal leadership style. First the leader has to realize what his natural style is.
