There are four major characteristics in this complex process. The first characteristic is that it happens all the time. There are changes all around us. Two examples would be taxes and death. Taxes have changed dramatically since the 1900’s from little to no taxes to high taxes. Deaths have gone from a lot to a lot less due to higher life expectancy.
