An author writes for many reasons. Most writing intended to inform or explain, entertain or describe, to persuade people to believe in something, to entertain with drama or comedy, or to give those reading something to think about.. The story of Superman and Me by Sherman Alexi is a good example because these story Alexi was an Indian boy who came from a poor family .Alexi was a boy who love to read and he learn to read at very young age by reading a Superman comic book.
