Do you agree with the results of your Work Culture Preferences activity? Does it match with what you considered your ideal work culture?
Do you think there is a relationship between effective study habits and techniques and being successful in those work cultures? Explain your answers.
What was your ethical perspective as identified by the ELI, including your blind spot, strengths, weaknesses, and values?
How do personal ethics play a role in academics? How might they play a role in the workplace?
What connection is there to your ethical perspective and your ideal work culture?

1. Yes I agree with the results from my work culture preferences activity. The results matches with my considered work ideal culture. My results was everything I except it to be. I want my work place safe place to work to be comfortable, well-designed work place and to be high standard. In my career fill I want my job to be a fun place to work, secure, stable environment clearly defined jobs, goals and expectations no conflicting demands considerate management. I know my career goal will turn out for the best. I will control my work schedule and organize dynamic and changing environment. My work culture would a positive environment, because I am a positive person. All work culture should a nice and peaceful environment. I am working m hardest to stick to my career plan and future goals. I know being in this class I would learn a lot for my future.

2. Yes I believe there’s a relationship between effective study habits and techniques and being successful in those work cultures. Study habits and techniques all part of note taking. It doesn’t matter how you capture the notes. Even if you never refer back to them, taking notes is extremely helpful. The act of note taking helps your brain make what’s known as a “spatial relationship” between you and the information you hear. Note taking is not just about helping you remember information.
