Teacher Philosophy of Education is lining on few aspects that is aimed to produce teachers who are physically and mentally balanced, progressive, and practicing good values. The teachers not just teach the students in school but also become role model to the society. Teachers also need to focus more the precision in teaching profession because this profession has become one of the professional professions. As an IPG students who will become a teacher, this thing must always become first priority because it is not so easy to carry on with the professional image.

Professionalism of this profession is the combination within self-achievement competency and personal character that shows the existence of the social responsibility. While undergoing this course in IPG, students are exposed by the presentations and tutorials. It is important to student to adapt what they got in class, so that they can practice it in school and society later on. When there is any discussion in tutorials, there are thousands of intelligent ideas and objections from the whole class. It is a way of study in IPG that we think are good to be practiced. In IPG, the students are taught to be more “open minded” to accept or object any suggestion and not to be bad tempered easily. The presenter or student must take any comment as positive because it can upgrade the skills and knowledge. The comments also must not base of any sensitive issue and also not condemning the presenter.

If any crisis happens between two person or more to uphold their motion in any debate or programme, the students must know how to control themselves. It is important to student as a future teacher must followed the Teachers Philosophy of Education that is maintain good personal being because as stated above, teachers are becoming a role model in school and society.
