Introduction:

After now being part of a learning placement in a field where reflection back on your actions is important to see how you are working in the environment. One of the best ways to see how your progression is happening is to look at all of your actions objectively, taking in both the positive attributes of your work and the negatives. So that you can develop and work on your skills. An assessment of your work is the best way to find out what your doing well and what you may need to rethink and work on. The most effective and efficient way to do this is by carrying out a self assessment of your work looking at the things that you are doing well in your work and the things that might need some work done to make them even better. when doing any form of assessment it's important to try and look at things objectively and not to take things too personally when given constructive criticism as it is only a helpful observation of how your skills can be improved. My time in the project is a constant ever changing experience, where i'm continually working on trying to address any problems with my work or with how I carry myself and act around young people in the groups. A time where i spent many hours trying to make sure that if problems arise about my work or myself there taken care of as quickly as possible so not to lead to any bad habits on my

In the Catholic Bible Genesis states, “God spoke: “Earth, green up! Grow all varieties of seed-bearing plants. Swarm, Ocean with fish and all sea life! Earth, generate life! Every sort and kind. Genesis expresses over and over that Creation is “good.” By the end God looks at the totality of Creation and calls it “very, very good.” From a Catholic standpoint since the Gospel says that the planet is good then we would assume that we should take care of it. Yet we as a human society, we choose to trash and destroy it.…
