Conroe Texas is a beautiful city located at 30.3161° N, 95.4589° W (Absolute). Conroe is about 40 miles north of Houston Texas (Relative). The city of Conroe is in Montgomery County, Texas, United States of America. My house in conroe was located at 1709 Lindy Ln, Conroe, Texas, 77301. My house was 17.2 miles South of Lake Conroe.

Conroe has many things it is known for. You might know that Houston is humid, but did you know Conroe is also humid. The climate in this area is characterized by hot, humid summers and mild to cool winters. Conroe’s altitude is 243 feet. Conroe is home to the magnificent Lake Conroe. Lake Conroe houses many species including but not limited to Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Channel Catfish, White Striped Bass, and Hybrid Striped Bass.

Conroe, Texas has a population of an estimated 74,000 people. The top employers in Conroe are: Conroe Independent School District, Montgomery County, Conroe Regional Medical Center, and National Oilwell Varco-Reed Hycalog.The main language in Conroe is English.

When my mom grew up in Conroe there were trees everywhere. Conroe is growing. People are putting in new buildings. In regards to nature that’s a lot of birds homes being destroyed. That’s a negative interaction humans are having in Conroe. But at Lake Conroe people, on their own free time, pick up trash. That is a positive interaction. There are many recycling plants in Conroe commercial and private. Some negative interactions lead to positive ones. For example: Someone littered soda cans all over the beach (Negative), but then someone else came to the beach and picked up all the soda cans (Positive), then that same person took all the cans to a recycling plant (Positive). The cans got recycled into new cans to be reused again
