• Co-ordinate with company’s needs and goals. • Keep a close watch on inventory levels and the needs of clients. • Develop and ensure compliance to budget for all merchandising process. • Supervise and ensure effectiveness of all merchant activities. • Prepare training and job orientation programs for all new merchants. • Develop productivity targets for organization and evaluate performance of all employees. • Ensure efficient coordination with employees and organize workflow. • Represent company during customer visit. • Taking care of Cost negotiation & order confirmation in terms of capacity & product. • Taking care of sourcing for fabrics & all kinds of trims & accessories. • Taking care of R & D department.
