CanGo’s Week 2 Analysis

As CanGo keeps growing as a leading business in the online entertainment industry, it requires some changes to face the challenges growing businesses have. Team A Consulting, one of the best consulting groups in the nation, will create a plan of action for CanGo to continue their success as an online internet entertainment business. During the last two weeks we have recognized the following challenges that CanGo faces in achieving their goals of being a dominant player in the online entertainment market. Additionally, we have added recommendations on how the company can overcome those problems.

The project manager hired for this undertaking must have financial analysis skills or have a member on the project team who does. This will ensure that the best cost effective plan will be utilized in attracting investors to do business with CanGo.
6. Issue Six
Current production levels are expected to increase over five hundred percent indicating an increase in spending on inventory, equipment and labor. This increase is for the upcoming holiday season. However, CanGo have limited warehouse storage, resources and equipment to manage that order fulfillment.
Recommendation Six Perform a cost benefit and feasibility analysis for the order fulfillment to determine how costs associated with resources and funding should be allocated to limit any loss and slack in schedule, timelines and budget. Additionally, outsourcing of production or transportation for product deliveries to meet deadlines in peak periods may be considered as an alternative measure if time is more important than cost.
