RETAINER AGREEMENT

Tim Storrier currently holds an established and respected position within the art marketplace and has stated a clear aspiration to elevate brand ‘Storrier’ significantly in the target markets of London and New York in the next 1-2 years.

The role of brand ‘Storrier’ freelance Marketing Manager is to articulate, provide and coordinate strategic and creative marketing services as required to achieve this aspiration, whilst also maintaining and enhancing the brands current position in its traditional markets.

The role will have a heavy focus on digital/social media marketing components but will in addition involve offline traditional marketing/art related activities.

The role involves working directly with the Artist himself, his existing team members, and other nominated 3rd parties, and working independently to meet the agreed objectives.

It is acknowledged this agreement will occupy the majority of my time and will need to be flexible on a weekly basis to meet your demands as they emerge, develop and change.

The role is ultimately guided by the Artists long-term brand aspirations noted above – which will provide the key measures of “how we know we’re winning”.

The agreement includes for an annual retainer at the rate of $55,000 (inc. GST where applicable) - payable fortnightly in advance by direct deposit

Amounts required to perform the assignment under $100 will be submitted on a fortnightly basis together with documentation, larger amounts or contracts with third parties will only be committed following discussion and approval.
