When I was in secondary school, I was quite big. But all that big was just a fat. And it was uncomfortable to be in that fat body. It was like carrying a burden in our body. It will slowing me down whenever I want to do any active or vigorous activity. 2) Introductory Remarks
So one day I decided to lose a bit of my weight. Do you know one of the biggest problems in America today is lack of activity? Lack of activity means lack of exercises. Lack of exercises also means oppressive to yourself. So now you will know how to not be oppressive to yourself. 3) Reveal Topic
Today, I would like to talk about the ways of healthy lifestyle. To be health in our life, we must care on what we do and what we think. 4) Preview
The body was meant to move, and when it does not, it can become unhappy and ill.
[Let me start with how to be healthy.]

BODY

1) To be healthy on what we do. A. Exercise at least 3 times a week. i. It improves circulation to our heart and lungs. ii. Physical activity stimulates the body’s natural maintenance and repair systems that keep it going. B. Benefits of exercising. i. Exercise improves your mood. ii. Help maintain flexibility as you age.

[Not just with exercise, we also can get healthy on what we eat.]

2) Have a guideline on choosing the good foods. A. Consume a lot more of green foods. i. Sneak in more veggies in the plate. ii. Eat more fruits. B. Follow a good diet. i. Helps you maintain your weight. ii. Meets your nutritional needs.

[Last but not least, another important aspect.]

3) Have a good time with your sleep. A. Reduce stress. i. Lowers the blood pressure. ii. Steer clear of depression. B. Improves memory. i. Sharpen your concentration. ii. Improve your grades.
