The Seven Main Types Of Anxiety
Sometimes life is not easy. A person can be exited about an event then suddenly become upset or nervous about it. Anxiety is what a person feels when they are scared and think that something bad may happen. It is a normal experience and everybody feels it at some time. Anxiety comes in different forms.
In the beginning, there are seven main types of anxiety. First off, there is General Anxiety Disorder. (Types of anxiety) GAD can run in the family. Several parts of the brain is involved with fear and anxiety. Depending on who you are, the anxiety can last for days or even weeks (“Types of anxiety”).
To start off, social phobia is the second type of anxiety. Social Phobia comes with an intense fear of being embarrassed or humiliated. Stress environments like school or work may play a role in the condition. Someone with this condition feels anxious around other people and has a hard time telling them (“The 7 Main Types of Anxiety”). When the fear disrupts your life, you may be suffering from social phobia.

It can occur at any age. A person can feel scared about a curtain object or situation and try to avoid it. This can disrupt daily activities (Anxiety Disorders and Effective Treatment).
To proceed, obsessive-compulsive disorder is the fourth main type. People can have ongoing unwanted thoughts and fears that cause the anxiety. Some people may acknowledge these thoughts and crazy or ridiculous and try to relieve the thoughts by carrying out curtain behaviors.
