INTRODUCTION
In this report I’ll deal with the problem of congestion that the capital of Saudi Arabia is having and I will start with background for the problem then the effects and the causes of the problem and I’ll sum up with some solutions to this problem
I. BACKGROUND
The problem of congestion in the capital of the kingdom Riyadh began long time ago and year after year the problem become bigger and bigger and that due to many reasons like the huge sudden increase in the population but the biggest factor of this problem is the industrial revolution which changed Europe in the 1870’s with the steam engine and changed the middle east in the late 1960’s and especially the Gulf countries with oil production which made the Gulf countries develop very fast especially the capital of Saudi Arabia Riyadh and as result of this development the road was constructed and the population increased because the health services became better and better but the government didn’t think of what’s coming in the later years so the streets were
