In the new episode of “The Muppets," Joseph Gordon-Levitt was seen serenading the show’s female lead character, Miss Piggy. The two started singing together and looked very sweet with each other.

For the latest installment, “Going, Going, Gonzo," the filmmaker was a guest at Miss Piggy’s own program “Up Late with Miss Piggy.” Together, they sang the number one classic, number one hit of Frank Sinatra’s “Fly Me to the Moon.”
The two shared the stage together and swayed through the rhythm of the music, while he occasionally touches the Pig puppet. They looked very romantic as Gordon was even caught

Last week I watched Blindspot on NBC and The Muppets on ABC to see if the new shows were worth all the hype. For those who don’t want to read the post, I thought that Blindspot was intriguing, though not my favorite show, and I was completely unimpressed with The Muppets. However, one episode, especially the pilot, should not make or break a show, so this week I gave them both a second chance. While my overall opinion of Blindspot didn’t change all that much, my view of The Muppets rose slightly.…

After throwing the sunglasses he was wearing into the crowd, he sang numerous songs from his new album “All-American” such as “No Faith in Brooklyn” and “Top of the World.” He also performed my personal favorite, “Not a Robot” which he added a twist involving the live band. On top of all of his own songs he sang, he played a couple of other artists’ songs and added his own vibe to them. Miley Cyrus’s “Party in the USA” and The Beastie Boys “Fight For Your Right to Party”…

He was a set designer; he used the Rococo art style in his set designs and he also implemented Industrial Art into his work. “Melies bought Robert Houdin’s theater in 1888; he learned and used many things from Houdin’s theater such as stop motion photography, double and multiple exposures, fadeout scenes, dissolving, trapdoors, and smoke bombs.” (Soren, Np). Melies was also a director, producer, and actor. Melies was famous for his work, but became immensely known for his film Trip To The Moon that was produced in 1902. His set included significant features; aliens, clouds, a spaceship, and a shooting star. The shooting star is very significant through the appropriation of all the films and video clips. The film is about astronauts making a plan to go to the moon, they build a spaceship, then they take “a trip to the moon”, where they have an occurrence with some creatures and then they have to fight them off while they get back to the spaceship and it ends with them getting back safely within the 80 days and everyone applauds them and throws a parade. Trip to the Moon was a silent film, but was later appropriated into a music…

The main character of the series, Sam, was a humanoid-like character. Sam never spoke, but would lip-sync to any song. He likewise had his own delightful, goofy puppet who was created of papier-mâché. The show also included Kermit--not yet the frog--before his banjo playing days. These characters were created by Jim Henson but were performed by both him and his…

Piggy might have the most useful ideas, but he does not have authority in his voice. Any time he tries to speak the other boys interrupt him. None of the kids ever listen to him because no matter what he says they don’t care. For instance, on page 81 Piggy says “I don’t believe in no ghosts” and Jack responds to him “who cares what you believe fatty!” This proves that no one cares what piggy says or…
