ABSTRACT The study is about “The Effects of the Benefits, Relationship with Supervisors, and Job Security on Job Satisfaction of the CSA at LMN Company in Metro Manila” is about the job satisfaction among the Customer Service Assistants employees of the LMN Company, a large well-known company in the Philippines engaged in retail. The study was conducted in the cities of Metro Manila particularly in Quezon City, Parañaque City, Pasay City, and Manila. There were 47 respondents who answered the questions pertaining to the independent variables which are the benefits, relationship with supervisor, and job security and how they significantly affect the dependent variable which is job satisfaction. The results indicate that benefits and relationship with supervisor significantly affect job satisfaction. On the other hand, job security does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Analysis of Variance was used to determine the correlation between variables whereas multiple regressions were used to find out its significance. Recommendations are also given to the LMN management for further improvement of job satisfaction.
