The Controversy Between William Shakespeare's Romeo And Juliet
On Sunday, May 14th a fight breaks out in Verona Square. The feud between the Montague family and the Capulet family turns into a fight between; Capulet servants and Montague servants. On the early Sunday morning around 10:45am, Sampson and Gregory, known servants of the Capulet family, were spotted walking around Verona Square running errands for the family. Trouble stirred when Abraham, a known servant of the Montague family, and friend ran into Sampson and Gregory. Christopher Sutton, a local baker, said he watched the fight go down. “The fight started when Sampson bit his thumb at Abraham, and they started arguing about whether Sampson really did bite his thumb.” he said.
