Section I: Team Member Skill Inventory
As a team we understand the importance of knowing our fellow team mates strengths and weaknesses. “An individual’s strongest areas will be those where he or she has a talent, but also has a sense of when and how to use that talent constructively”(Gregory, 2007).Having a team member skill inventory will help us as a team in many different aspects including conflict, organization, leadership, and contribution. NameStrengths/ContributionsNot so strong areas

Section II: Work Plan
1.Each team member will share their work with other team members both through email and through the team discussion area of the class. By using of both we will be able to ensure that all team members have access to the information and that it is easily accessible to all.

2.Weekly assignments to each team member should be assigned by the team leader no later than Monday evening. Each team member should post and assignment check-up by Wednesday at midnight mountain time, although everyone should have something ready to discuss at the team meeting on Wednesday evening. This will include what that member is working on at the time and where they are in the process of their section of the assignment. This will allow the team to ensure that all members are on the same page and that all members will be able to complete their part of the work by the required time. All assignments will be turned in to the team leader by Saturday at midnight mountain time. This will allow for 24 hours’ time to correct any problems or to complete any missing work before the class deadline of midnight mountain time on Sunday. If at any time a team member is unable to complete the required work that team member should turn in all research and completed work to the team ASAP. Once that team member has submitted what they have at that point they also need to contact at least one team member by phone to ensure that the team has received the information that was sent. This will ensure that the rest of the team will have the materials and the time to complete the assignment and have it submitted on time. 3.Team members who do not participate will receive only ONE written warning from the team, if there is a second occurrence the instructor will be notified, and no participation will be noted in our team weekly cover page, the team member will not receive credit for the week. The only exception to this rule is in the case of an emergency at which time that team member must contact at least one other team member so that they can get the information from them to ensure that the work can be completed. If a team member knows in advance that there is going to be a conflict with the meeting time or an assignment deadline there is ample time throughout the week to make sure that this is communicated to the team so an alternate plan can be developed. 4.All team leaders and alternates will be selected during week one so that each team member has ample time to prepare for that position. Any conflicts with that schedule should be arranged for during the first week concluding on Sunday March 10, 2013. During each team members time as team leader they will have the following responsibilities; a.Facilitate group meeting time.

b.Divide up work due that week between team members.
c.Ensure that all members have submitted team check-up.
d.Compile all work to be submitted.
e.Submit required weekly work.
