Introduction

Computer shop business is one of the most in demand business. Nowadays, internet cafes are really in demand because of the fast changing technology that the people embraced just like here in the Philippines. Some have their own laptops and bring it to coffee shops so that they could relax and at the same time prepare their assignments and paper works. The people today are very busy and would want to do their jobs in a beautiful and innovative environment that could satisfy their needs and lessen their stress due to busy schedule.

We all know that our generation is more active on improving out technology, but there are still business that don’t embrace this kind of change. Specifically managing the entire business is the problem. Uncollected payment caused by unmonitored users. Unpaid services because of customer’s laziness, every second counts in this kind of business, it should be paid. And lastly, customer assistance because of limited space for the employee to walk around.
Improving the services and the income is our main goal. By means of a monitoring system that can manage the whole business.

    The three dimensions to business problems are organization, people, and information technology. The first dimension, organization, refers to how a company operates to achieve goals set, the culture. To achieve the goal, a business will establish processes. Business processes are the procedures, steps, or instructions use to carry out the tasks. Both culture and business processes are used to complete business as efficiently as possible.
