Swisstec Company Analysis
For Swisstec company relatively large company contains 480 employees with managers who to handle different business functions. With that it has some plants and showroom promises. Currently Swisstec Company facing some issues like cannot deliver items on time, orders frequently return because of defects and mismatch with specifications. But it has become a leading furniture manufacturing company with good quality products. Because of not having effective organization structure Swisstec company is facing such problems. So company should be built proper organization structure to keep customers trustworthy and to achieve higher growth rate. When analyze the company’s internal environment we have decided process structure is most suitable …show more content…
Treat employees as human beings and assets of the company. So give clear objectives; supportive work environment they need job satisfaction. Best CEO should be encouraging the employees and have a good relationship. For example when enter into the company great and have smile with employees, say pleasing statements such as “it’s really thanks for your hard work, we appreciate your hard work and dedication, say well done and salary increments when they achieve something for company, give some bonus/some percentage of profit to employees when company get profits and create positive and friendly environment inside the organization. We must use the theory Y of Douglas McGregor to motivate the organization. Top Management people go to the floor and discuss with employees and ask their personal and work problems, needs and encourage …show more content…
So safety and physiological needs are lower order need, esteem and social needs are higher order needs of the employees. Initially company top management should fulfill the higher order needs of the workers. With this Maslow’s theory use Herzberg two factors theory to eliminate the hygiene factors like achievement, responsibilities, growth, recognition and advancement and create the motivators factors like Salary, Security, work condition, company polices, work condition and relationship with peers and supervisors of the organization
