EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The project titled “A STUDY ON ATTRITION RATES AND RETENTION STRATEGIES ADOPTED IN AGRIBUSINESS SECTOR TO RETAIN HUMAN TALENT”Undertaken in MAHINDRA SHUBHLABH. Mahindra ShubhLabh Services in 2000 in order to better serve their extensive rural base of farm equipment customers. It is vertical business firm of Mahindra Farm Equipment Sector (FES) .Shubhlabh provides farmers with a single source channel to access all the products, services, and knowledge they need to run productive farms.

They present at every stage from planting to selling with seed supply, crop care, and fresh produce distribution services.

The project report is about a study on attrition rates and retention strategies adopted in agribusiness sector to retain human talent that’s an important part of any organization. Which is considered as a necessary asset of a company? In fact, after recruitment and selection deep analysis on attrition rates and retention strategies adopted in organization to retain human talent gives a home ground to the organization acumen that is needed for proper functioning of the organization. It gives an organizational structure of the company. It’s a methodology in which the particular organization works and how human talent could be retain in such a way that he/she would be work for organization for long duration.
