Human Resource Management is both an academic theory and a business practices that addresses the techniques of managing a workforce. The theoretical discipline is based on the assumption that employees are individuals with varying goals and needs, and as such should not be thought of as bonded labour or can be purchased at price. The field takes a positive view of employees study of practices followed by organization to manage this intellectual capital to their maximum satisfaction, so that they can work to best of their ability so, as a BBA student I must know the practical implication of concepts of Human Resource Management has given me this golden opportunity to meet this end, by means of this project work. Project work consists of knowing about how Wage and Salary is maintained in the company and collect information for the same, as an HR student my aim was to get a deep insight into HR functioning and to know about the vital role that HR department plays in functioning of other departments. I have done my project from Technocare Solution, Rudrapur, as per the requirement of BBA course. I hope to provide relevant information about the various HR functions of the organization in a nutshell by means of this report.
