Summary Of Nya's Book Thief '
1. Based on the first chapter and the title of the novel, Nya is going on a long walk for water.
2. The people left Salva behind because he's a child and they could've thought he was going to slow them down. The people were most likely worried that Salva would cause trouble and not help out the group.
3. The woman might be unfriendly to a child from her own tribe because she could not want any children to stay with her or is most likely angry because he slept in her barn without asking.
4. Nya doesn't want to take her little sister to the pond because Nya thinks her little sister will slow her down. This relates to Salva because the people from his own tribe left him because he was too young and they thought he was going to slow them down.

Salva's Journey will be different when he needs a friend because he will finally have someone to connect with about their similar situation.
