The Stakeholders Associated The objective of Kudler Fine Foods is to become successful with the new launch of the new Frequent Shoppers Program; to meet that objective; the company needs to consider the involvement of the stakeholders. The primary stakeholders involved in this project are as follows: * The Manager * Employees * Customers * Marketing * Information Service Department * External Partnership The Manager’s role in this project is important; he or she needs to support the planned objective of developing the system that tracks the customers’ purchases through the new program, and influence the internal and external surroundings, especially the customers, and partnerships. In addition, his or her position is at risk if the launch of the program fails. The employees in this project are important because his or her input play an important role of the growth and productivity of the project. It is essential that the employees maintain motivated and engaged during the expansion of the program; Kudler needs to avoid obstacles, such as HR issues or complaints that will interfere with the planning and development of the shoppers program. The customers in this project are the key stakeholders; without the customers, there is no revenue without revenue, a company cannot remain in business. Rewarding the customers by providing him or her with loyalty points is a strategy to keep his or her business; however, providing the best products and customer service continues to be the primary focus of Kudler Fine Foods. Marketing is probably the second most important role in this project; the team members in this department are responsible of obtaining market information on the competitors; this information will determine where Kudler Fine Foods stands in implementing the new
