Kudler, is a fine foods market with stores in different locations. Kudler Fine Foods is looking to implement a new frequent shopper program, which is going to reward loyalty customers. This program is intended to increase their customer’s loyalty and hopefully bring in new customers. The new program works in a point system; the more the customers purchase the more they will be able to redeem for cool prizes. The customers will also be able to win things like trips to exotic locations.
Of course there are some areas that need to be covers in the service request document.
For example areas of concern need to be addressed such as customer information and the security features. Another area of importance is the new system needs to follow compliance such as PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). In addition, the security standards for information technology must be put in place. Lastly, the document will address ethical responsibility to Kudler’s when implementing the new system.
