* Management staff and Technical Planning that is assigned to the project would be retained till the end of the project development life cycle. * 10 Business System Consultants would be assigned upfront at the beginning of the project of which 2 would be retained till the end this staff would be available from 1st Jan 2013 * 20 Application Developers would be made available for this project from 1st Jan 2013 and would be retained till the end of the project. * We would be adding another 40 developers from 1st March 2013. Last lot of 10 developers would be added on 1st April 2013. * 30 Application Maintenance staff would be available once the maintenance starts from 25th December 2013 of these 20 would be retained from development phase
