Smocking
SMOKING Smoking is an expensive habit that should be banned. Although smokers claim that it helps them to relax and release stress, the negative aspects of the habit outweigh the positive. It is a health hazard for both smokers and non-smokers and it is especially harmful to unborn babies. Cigarettes are also addictive because of the nicotine they contain. Now a day’s smoking cause a sudden death because it’s 100% harmful, it’s only like a death ticket. Smoking is not only a habit, or a way of life, but also a deadly addiction. With both struggling and desire you will be able to quit smoking even if it took time. Some people are pressured into it, some just use it as an outlet. Overall most people don't understand the effects that smoking has on them. I'm here to tell you the effects, statistics and reasons of smoking.

There are two types of smoking, Passive smoking and regular smoking. Passive smoking is when a person smokes and you can inhale it by passing by them. Regular smoking is when you inhale directly from the cigarette, pipe, or cigar. The most common thing of smoking today is smoking with cigarettes which are the passive smoking type. Smoking cigarettes causes many health problems. It causes major respiratory diseases such as asthma, lung cancer, bronchitis and heart diseases. Asthma is the most common illness smokers usually have. It is caused by smoking or being in an enclosed area where there is lots of smoke, like in pub. The nicotine present in the cigarette causes heart diseases by decreasing oxygen to the heart, increasing blood pressure, heart rate and blood clotting. Thirty percent of heart disease deaths are due to smoking cigarette. The more a person smokes, the more the chances are of that person having a heart attack. Secondhand smoke is serious business, and should be a concern for anyone who breathes it in. Non-smokers inhaling secondhand smoke share some of the health risks smokers’ face. But smokers do face the worst of it - the risks of smoking are compounded by breathing cigarette smoke in for a second time. Don't underestimate the dangers of secondhand smoke. While it may not kill as many people as smoking does, it is toxic and claims thousands of lives every year around the world.

We probably all know someone who has smoked for years and doesn't seem to be any worse off for it. In fact a lot of smokers both short term smokers and long-term smokers always seem to know that one person. The thing is this is the exception and not the rule. Even though a smoker could still live to a good old age, their body will have signs of the effects of smoking. Not only that but they will generally have a poorer quality of life. What follows is not an exhaustive list of the effects of smoking, but some of the most common.
Smoking has many effects on the smokers for instance it damages the brain as well because the brain is susceptible because of smoking .The nicotine gets to the brain after 10-15 seconds after smoking and that would have a clear change on the smoker’s mood , by time it makes the smoker less smarter. Another effect is on the feelings of the smokers after smoking or being an addict to it, you usually feel tired, weak and not as healthy as you were by year’s .Having all these effects on you definitely your life time would decrease to be shorter with a 15 years earlier because smoking is really effective on health.

Quitting smoking is not easy, but you can do it. Think of how long you have been smoking think of the time that you’ve been wasting by smoking. Quitting smoking not only "greatly reduces serious risks to your health", but it also can greatly increase your disposable income. Smokers in the US spend nearly $50 million annually on cigarettes. If you are a non smoker you would’ve save your money and use them in any other thing that you need more. To have the best chance of quitting and staying quit, you need to know what you’re up against, what your options are, and where to go for help .Nicotine that exist in the cigarettes is making the quitting so hard because the nicotine in cigarettes is highly addictive. Here is few tips that might help to quit smoking you can draw a list of what you like about smoking and replace them with other things .Set a date of quitting and start reducing the times you are smoking and stop buying a whole carton of cigarettes. Announce that you are quitting of smoking so everyone would help you and remind you of this. Start an doing an activity in a club or go to the gym like that you will be busy in your free time and won’t think of smoking also doing sports while quitting is a very good way to get rid of the weakness that smoking caused to you before and getting a healthier body .

Eventually, I’d like to say that smoking is considered to be a death ticket that leads you to get rid of your life easily. So as you can see smoking is bad for you, your health and your appearance. And this is just some things that can happen. So if you want to be on oxygen or have tracheal tube for the rest of your life then that s your choice but for the people that want to stop smoking do something before it s to late. Your life is a really valuable thing that you cannot get back easily by medical care .only if you really decide to quit struggle for it because you have only one life that doesn’t worth be ending up with a cigarette. Me personally after writing this essay I would try hard to stop doing such a thing and force my friends to stop smoking from now on, and that would be really a great thing to achieve in the New Year ahead.
