1.1. Identify the different reasons people communicate.
I am working in a sector that is mainly about relationships and communication. That’s why I have to make sure I am a good communicator and build relationships that will lead to confidence and trust between me, the parents and their children.
At the start we are building a new relationship by just a smile and a friendly “Hello”. Then we need to maintain this relationship each time we greet parents when we come into the work setting by asking how they are, and what have they done over the weekend. This help strengthen the relationship and by doing this we can gain and share information,
