Today’s generation is far different from before.Youths now are performing acts which are not suitable for their ages.They even forgot the right conducts and values we learned from our ancestors.If we compare the youths now from the past we can say that they are totally change and different.But why do they are changing?Is it because we are living in a civilized and modernize world?Is it because of the influence of high technologies and latest invention?Or is it because of us and no one to blame but us?Is it really true that we the youth are the hope of our nation or is it us who will lead chaos and destruction. It is said that there is no permanent in this world and everything is subject to change but it is our will if we join to this changes.Yes,we can’t escape but we can prevent it.Now a days,we are living in a modernize world.People continue to developed high-tech products like gadgets,appliances and even high model cars that everyone is dreaming of.Houses are also now modern in style.Mass media has a great participation in our life but this is one of the factors why youth learned things which are not good to them.There are many bad influences surrounding us that make us vulnerable to change.Most youths now are executing acts that harm them and affecting not only their life but also the people around them.They are now addicted to drugs.They were involve in crimes like robbery,snatching,rape and even killing.They are the one initiating the misunderstanding in their family and even trouble in their places.     An article in “African Journal of Traditional Complementary and Alternative Medicine” about in 2008 have reported that a clinical study done on rats induced with diabetes mellitus then fed with guyabano (Annona Muricata Linn) extracts showed positive effects of lowering the blood sugar levels in animals. Another study reported by the same publication showed that animals with induced diabetes mellitus that consumed guyabano extract has shoed remarkable increase of antioxidants in their blood and that there is less liver damage. The findings of this laboratory animal study suggest that (guyabano) Annona muricata extract has a protective, beneficial effect on hepatic tissues subjected to STZ-induced oxidative stress, possibly by decreasing lipid peroxidation and indirectly enhancing production of insulin and endogenous antioxidants. Although the reports suggested that guyabano extracts have promising medicinal benefits for diabetes mellitus. there is no sufficient study done on its effects to humans with diabetes.…

    * Orange , Pineapple juices and other types of beverages are the usual drinks we find as typical now a days. But one if accidentally eats at a foreign restaurant and actually gets to taste an extraordinary drink known to be made out of flowers. Well, coincidentally, one of the researchers did experience such a thing. This was when the group got the idea of making an investigation on such a matter. The researchers, being very curious themselves, tried to fill their curiosity. Trying to find out if flowers can be used as an ingredient to create an island juice and wondering if it would turn out to be great tasting at the same time forced them to execute an investigatory project. After a lot of inquiries and brainstorming, the researchers finally found out how to execute the experiment with the aid of all their sources in the bibliography. They started with the cleaning of the flowers and the preparation of the materials needed. When all were ready for the experiment, they boiled water and added the flowers while letting it seep for about ten to fifteen minutes. Finally, when the process was done, the flowers were removed and the juice was poured to a glass passing through a strainer for removal of any particles left. Then, they got a savor at the natural taste of the flower’s juice. They made some minor improvements to the taste to make it have a lot more delectable taste. They had transformed the beauty and aroma of flowers into a delightful, mouth-watering island juice. Summer season in a glass, it captures nature’s goodness of freshly picked flowers. Now you can add the sense of taste to your enjoyment of every food on your table with this flower juice at your side.…
